There no guaranty to win even with 10% of all the tickets , which should an irealistic number for an individual.

If you know the site freebitco.in, check their stats of weekly draw. There's millions and billions of tickets but every now and then someone win the first place with as few ticket as 50 or even less ( while usual winners have generally 10000000 ticket. ) So yeah you could win. 

Be whatever quantity of ticket it will remain an extraordinary luck to get picked .
