My Farewell to Stake (two weeks is all it took to run me off)

I feel the need to make this post in the hopes that it is read by an upper level stake employee whom may possess some business acumen, and values things like customer satisfaction and respect. I have observed in my short, 10 day relationship with Stake enough to suspect the paying customer lags somewhere behind on the "priorities" list.

I will share tonights experience here as it was the deciding factor in my leaving stake in search of another casino in which to spend my money.  Ives always been hung up on the principle of things and tonights situation lacked any evidence that matters of principle where given any value here at stake.

Ill try and be brief as possible. Ive been playing as a stake since july 28. At some point I leveled up and hence became eligible for some bonus drops and such. I received  an email informing me of Stakes Birthday and what to expect so i was playing when the first of the 3 a day birthday bonus' dropped . i claimed it no issues. some hours later another bonus drops and when I try to claim it but i cant and instead get the error message reading "Bonus code User not found" .  Having deposited $3300 in 10 days and not profited or even have any run to speak of I was a little annoyed. I went to support to see why this was and after having explained that i received the first drop and not the second and instead got the "user not found " error.  That I was claiming within 30 seconds of the drop and people on chat were still claiming so it wasnt over yet. And that I wagered over the $1000 minimum for the week. support comes back and tells me i got the bonus. "I got the first one I know, I already told you that".  He comes back with well then you dont meet the requirements. "yes i do I already told you specifically what they were and that i meet them. He comes back with ok then you were to late its limited. " i know this i told you people were getting it well after i couldnt"  I also explained the error message i was getting saying "bonus code user not found" . why wouldnt say something like bonus not found , or no longer , or completed.  I also told him I couldnt get any of the reloads that I should be getting every 10 minutes.  He then dismissed me as if my concern and questions were taxing his style.

Some hours later the third bonus drops and exact same thing goes down. I get the same error message , no bonus, people claiming after me. go right back to support, same guy, and we have to do this all over again. I show him screenshot of the error code and he assures me that im just to slow in getting the bonus. (meanwhile people are still claiming it in chat) he also tells me that he has more information then I and that its finished and im to slow. I show him the screenshot again pointing out wouldnt it say something besides acct not found. and He then tells me that the error code im showing him in fact means that the bonus drop is finished . then i show him a screenshot of the error message that comes up when the bonus is actually through and that it doesnt mention my acct not being found etc.  He completely dismisses that and insists im wrong. so I tell him now again You wont help me with my acct. i obviously wont be able to claim any future bonus drops if this isnt resolved , and he gives me the canned is there something else i can help you with. so i asked him where and to whom do i submit a complaint and whom can help with my acct.  He refused to even help me with that info.

Now heres the thing, Ive only been signed on to stake for 10 days,  Ive deposited $3300 in ten days. That is in line with my $100 000 yearly average spent at the casino in which im currently playing.

Its rather unfortunate that I even choose to bring up my annual casino contributions, that shouldnt really matter at all. Unfortunately many online ,unregulated, offshore casinos seem to operate in an odd little cul-de-sac outside of rationale where the paying customer is entirely expendable so we do what we want. it shouldnt matter how much you spend , as a matter of principle , the customer should not be made out to be a fool, dismissed, or disrespected for having legitimate concerns.  This bonus drop matter is rather insignificant in and of itself..  But im seeing a trend in 10 short days of all the burden falls on the customer.  with matters concerning peoples money its never a good idea to dismiss legitimate concerns and offer only a canned response avoiding issues all together. this has already happened to me here at stake where i was told to find the game manufacturer contact myself if i had a dispute. then i was entirely dismissed when a stake original took my bet money but didnt pay my $80 win.  Im surely not going to choose as my home, in which to spend my annual 100k gambling budget , somewhere that has lost site that the customer keeps you fed and your not the only hungry mouth on the block that needs feeding.

Damn, you got way too excited over missing a bonus drop for someone who spends $100,000 a year on gambling.

Think you have missed the point entirely.
