I never receive the auto exclusion mail

Hello all , i want to make a brake and ban me for a month but i never receive the mail for auto exclusion 

I already check spam i did it several time and when i ask for the support they ask me to send a mail but i never get a respond , what i can do ?

Hey mate,

It looks like your email is hosted by a french ISP/Email host. It's likely that they are blocking our addresses from emailing you. I'd recommend changing your email address to something more universal (such as hotmail, outlook, etc) as you also probably arent receiving any of our promotion or bonus emails.
