I want to know maybe one need to wager $1k every week to be eligible or the previous week wager can cover for the present week. The reason am asking is that when I ask the support the interpretation given to me am not OK with it

I cant see it under transactions/other (where you can see Tips or if you received a rain.

And they don't just credit it to your wallet, they send you an e-mail. You should click the link and claim it.

Sometimes games is starting after the ticket is reset but if you have 1 ticket from within the weeks you are eligible for the promotion even the ticket is reset.
