OkeyGaming Posted August 15, 2021 #1 Posted August 15, 2021 During the sports bug I got finessed, Clicked once, apparently it did 2 simultaneous bets for the exact same amount at the same time, on two different occations, see here : sport:13910635 sport:13910585 sport:13911072 sport:13911046 I would've reported this earlier but I couldn't as you guys were updating the sports server or something and all settled bets wouldnt show lol. Any help would be appreciated.

Nope, live support only has to bot and the already written articles haha Lol at them telling me I should've told them while the bets were still active. If I wouldve known this happened I would have just hit the cash out button, I wouldn't have needed help at all

Imagine telling me i can’t make any assumptions on the total amount i wagered regardless of the logic and data coming from stake. I asked the guy, what solution or idea does he want to suggest. The guy said, “ I can’t give you information “. I almost fell. And i was about to go, he even even had the gull to say “ support are the one’s IN-CHARGE on these kinds of issues “ this was after i asked for somebody to talk to since the guy just simply don’t know what he was doing. I fuckin turned off my phone right then after reading it. God damn!!
