So my friend hit plat day before me and get 200$ and 100 recent gameplay bonus + 20$ daily reload bonus. I hit platinium today and got 200$ and 5$ daily reload wtf?

maybe he is not profit when he reached the platinum, so the support give him additional and because you are in profits. they give you less :<

Each Platinum 1 user receives the same prize, but the additional prize may differ due to overall statistics (loss/profit). If he got more than you, it means that he lost more than you, there is no reason to complain
