My account has been disabled, this is weird since i self-excluded about 3 days ago and suddenly my account has been disabled. I went on to check if i can collect my weekly boost but it seems i cant even log in. Any help or clarification to why my account was disabled is appreciated.

When you self-exclude you disable access to your account until the time set has expired. You are unable to take advantage of any promotions, like weekly or monthly boost, while you are under a self-exclusion period.

Hey there!

You are excluded from our site for 1 month per your own request. We do not have such an option to close your account for 3 days.

In 29 days, you will be able to use your account again.
