What? Simple! "Hire" somebody for some cheap stake boni (I would do it!) who helps you with the busywork. It's practically free. Admins are still the ones posting the rewards, so they keep full control over the important stuff. Why wouldn't you do it? Again: I'm available for all sorts of Excel-Busy-Work nobody wannts to do. I don't mind. 😊 Think about it. I'm sure Nenad will grow fewer grey hairs in the future because of it.
