Hello everyone, I want to tell you that since I was a teenager I know an online video game called tantra and some people who have a lot of computer knowledge create their own tantra servers, the game is similar in some things to wow, what I mean is that you can create a character, kill monsters, level up and get items.

Those who create and administer the tantra servers are known as GM, they decide the difficulty that the server will have to level up and get better items for our character, I played for months on a server where the level was raised very quickly and when starting The GMs gave away items that made the character very powerful.

Personally, what the server offered seemed good to me, but after a while people left the game because they had reached the last level and had obtained the best items, the GM, seeing what was happening, decided to increase the difficulty of the server to upload level and get the items, one of them said they made that decision because leveling up fast and getting items in 3 days took away the fun from the game.

I know that I talked a lot about that online video game but in the part where I talk about the difficulty I would like to transfer that to something that we who participate in the forum do, which is to dedicate a part of our time to games of chance or luck.

If winning at games of chance or luck were very easy, would we get bored and not play anymore, or how would we be making money, would we not get bored?

Yes we would; the human brain actually gets much more "attracted" to activities with random rewards sprinkled in a sea of losses.

Thank you for your anecdote about the video game! I can totally relate!
