Sportsbook Support Darko Posted September 3, 2021 Sportsbook Support #4 Posted September 3, 2021 If I am not mistaken this is sorted Apologies to the player for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect settlement by the odds provider.
Xylber Posted September 8, 2021 #5 Posted September 8, 2021 Even when I know it is already fixed (third party provider error), the help document also adds to the confusion:https://intercom.help/stake-casino/en/articles/5086225-how-asian-handicap-totals-work The article says a half-win is a "VOID" bet, but as @GuestKyleFrank well said, it is a "win+push". Sadly the "sportbook support" (not you Darko, the other) don't fix it even knowing about it: Also I told: "If you plan to add promos related to these bets, it is important to have the correct wording." Answer: "We will not be adding promotions on Quarter Handicaps or Totals." But Stake VIP's page says otherwise: ---------- I hope you have the power to correct that info Darko, and stop any further confusion/false scam accusations about this kind of bets.
Sportsbook Support MinaDj Posted September 10, 2021 Sportsbook Support #6 Posted September 10, 2021 Hello guys! Thank You for this suggestion, but I just wanted to explain that "push" and "void" are basically the same thing and it depends on the region and slang used on that territory. In sports betting, a push or void is the result of a tie between the bettor and the sportsbook. The bettor is refunded their money, and doesn’t lose any. Since that is completely the same, our site use void as a definition in these cases and you can check that in our sportsbook rules: https://stake.com/policies/sportsbook Greetings from our team and I hope we will avoid issues of any kind. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us on a live support. 👋
