NotAvailable Posted September 4, 2021 #1 Posted September 4, 2021 I just wanted to say a big thanks to Drako and Mina because that was some awesome help! I mistakenly placed a bet for the MLB thinking it was a full game while it was only 7 innings long because I didn't see anywhere it was a double header game which costed my bet to lose. (2nd game they seriously scored over 10 points in the 1st 2 innings). They really looked into it rather than saying right away I would lie or there is nothing they can do which is what you usually hear from the support on other sites. Got a full refund for my bets because of that. So just wanted to say big thanks for the great support, absolutely great people!

This push our team to be more effective and helpful in the future. On the other side, I just want to make this situation clear and say that the match from your bet was scheduled as 9Innings format, but that changed during the match time. When the match is scheduled as double-header (7Innings) match, the odds, margins, etc are calculated and displayed correctly and we are not able to refund or affect these bets anyhow. I wish you the best of luck with your future bets! 🍀
