Hey, i was just wondering how long it usually takes for "[email protected]" to reply on emails. 

 

I sent them a mail a while ago but not getting a reply.

when i click on that symbol or on "live support" in the left bottom corner i never get the option to actually proceed with any type of live support only the option to send an email.
