How often can you change seed for originals

Hello i'd like to know from the devs how often you can change seed in a given time. There obviously is a maximum amount before you have to wait some time.

You can change the seed 100 times without a timeout, but after 100 you will have to wait 1 hour to change the seed again.

You can change the seed 100 times in a row without any time interval.
