Blue Samurai - Incorrect rules.

I've been playing the Blue Samurai game recently... (stake original). For some reason whilst in a "special round" 3 bonus symbols popped up.. yet no bonus was given for the bonus symbols.

 

I've contacted live chat and they tell me after making me wait for about an hour that its because of this rule and that rule.. then finally I'm told that you can't win a scatter bonus when on a special bonus.. But i've previously won a special bonus off a scatter bonus so unsure why they'd allow it one way around and not the other.

 

Secondly it states NOWHERE in the rules that this is what will happen. It states nowhere that if you're on a blue samurai bonus you cant win the scatter bonus but can win the blue samurai bonus if on a scatter bonus. 

 

What it does say in the rules is that if you hit 3 scatter bonus symbols you will get 10 free spins. 

 

All now I'm still waiting for those 10 free spins.

Rule #8 - "During the Special Game, you have five chances to complete the board with Samurais. The number of Samurais spun will pay accordingly with the Special Game Pay Table."

Please note the keyword here, WITH SAMURAIS. Meaning, all other results are irrelevant in this round.
