Unfair treatment of vip

A friend of mine who is a diamond 2 member. Wagered 26m for the month and losses at -211k. 
included a screenshot of his stats.

he managed to get a level up reload of 4.4k a day but requested for 10 min reloads so he could recoup his losses. He was then told by the host that only daily claims are availble upon level up. He then managed to gather some evidences from several other players that 10 min or hourly reloads is absolutely possible upon level up and sent screenshots of their host for proof. It was then sent to Eddie. 
10 min reloads are at 1/40 of daily amount which is $110 /10mins. Instead of given that he was only given 1/125 daily amount, 3 times lesser. 
He was told by Eddie that it’s up to discretion of host, reload amount for 10 mins revised and said it “depends on many factors” but did not elaborate. 
He then requested for hourly reloads but was denied.

So in summary was told that only daily available and upon providing proof that many got a choice of reloads upon level up an excuse that reload amount for 10 mins revised to 1/3 of advertised amount it is due to many factors which are unclear as it wasn’t explained.

If amounts are revised it wasn’t conveyed to the player however I doubt it’s revised as I’m getting hourly reloads at advertised amount. 

ive attached a ss of vip perks below on reloads stating that reloads have “no strings attached and forever available” 10 mins at 1/40 daily amount and hourly at 1/10 daily amount.

im quite furious for him as myself and his friends who are platinum members never encountered such unfair treatment and got hourly or 10 mins when we level up whereas him as a diamond member who wagered a shit ton got bombarded with all these excuses to not give him the reload amount he deserves. 

Come on stake my friend is just adhering to the vip perks and nothing more. I hope stale could clear this up and please stick to your own rules and not give players less than advertised.

will update here if the situation has changed.

Does your friend have a friend that helps him or any accounts associated with him claim reloads around the clock?  (asking for a friend) 

I don't think that would justify not honoring what was offered in the benefits, but I'm curious if there's any history here that's being left out involving him and reloads. 

I've switched between daily, hourly and 10 min a bunch of times when the week is up, my host just says ok here you go.

Ever since he’s on stake he only did 1 week of 10 mins reloads 2 months ago and into 2 days of 10 min reloads when he got rejected. He requested hourly reloads once and the rest were daily reloads.

nah he was claiming around the clock with the help of his dad and he even Showed me he missed some of the reloads.

Well, losing 200k and a strat of recouping some of the losses through bonuses isn’t rare. It’s just, your friend could lose 200k, surely he won’t mind taking a cut of roughly 5k from the bonuses he gets to receive. 
 

if this was a scenario where you are at a live casino, it’s probably the same as what you’d receive. I kinda hate doing these things bec i’m not so proud to be honest of being here at stake, for quite sometime now, let’s just be fair. It’s all.

@Takadhunto be given daily will be a total of $30.8k but with 10 min reloads if he’s able to claim it all it will be $107.8k that’s a 77k difference which he is entitled to.

stake does not 'advertise' any certain reload/weekly/monthly terms

they never say u will get X amount of reload/weekly etc

while everyone knows 10 min reload is 1/40 of one daily, i dont think it has been officially said anywhere

so technically , they can change it to whatever they want

 

I am not saying this is fair treatment, it absolutely is not. especially for someone who is the highest rank on the website, this certainly isnt 'VIP' experience
