Hello everyone.

I have a question for all Platinum-3 and above VIP's.

Are you happy with yours?

Why I'm asking this, is because my VIP host answer me like a bot in the support chat: does not remember anything and can not help with anything.

I'm a VIP client in 4 other online casinos, so because I have a lot of experience, i can compare this casinos VIP service with other ones.

Maybe I'm just unlucky or what? Please share your thoughts and opinions on this matter.
