Please help me, can ypu telo me now ti enter code 24 h after my registration? Support told me they can't help me because they can't enter the code manually 😭

If I am not mistaken, you are talking about the "Welcome Offer". To get your sign-up bonus, go to Account > Settings > Offers. 

Please do not forget that welcome offers are only valid for first 24 hours after registration.
