There is a lot of things need to be considered when we do a deposit with cryptocurrency. Some may take times depends on the traffic and what coins you are using.

You can use the link up there if you want to know how its work. If you feel that the deposits already confirmed as success on the network but still not credited yet, please contact support regarding this

I have made 2 deposits and show confirmed on account and even shows my last bets and deposits are well after my last bets but my account does not show my funds are there I've tried live support but will not send me anywhere I would like to be credited my money

Check the blockchain.  (Search for your deposit address on a site with a block explorer for whatever crypto you used)

If you see the transaction you're waiting for, nothing to worry about.  If not, then the funds haven't been sent to the right address.

Hey, I had a similar issue, but a withdrawal that will not leave a “pending” status, it has been 7-8 hours now. It also is not appearing on block explorer or the receiving wallet.
