I used to be a moderator on a platform with more than 50,000 followers on Tinhte.vn website in Vietnam and I understand what a moderator's job is.

I am Vietnamese currently living in Ho Chi Minh City and I have played and stayed on Stake for more than 3 years with my experience I would like to apply for moderator in Vietnam.

- 1 to 2 hours a day but if im a chat mod it'll be 5 hours+ , since im a streamer on twitch too so i can promo and watch chat at the same time

- Know the rules , understand the rules , make the chat clean and enjoyable for all other players/gambler

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
- Im really honest , My english writing is decent and since im from Viet Nam im sure that i can help Vietnamese stake chat become better and smoother , also the pandemic cause of covid in here i can't go out side to work at the moment and now i need some income to help me pay bills...

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

First: money. I guess this position will have an attractive salary.

Second: share my knowledge about stake to Vietnamese user.

Third: I'd like to challenge myself in new job. I used to be a mobile game programming in Gameloft, a Java Fullstack with some websites.

Sometimes, I have been muted for trying spam for rain.

I am Vietnamese and my Vietnamese is excellent. I've been waiting for the Vietnamese community to open on Stake for a long time, and from you posted this post i was really exicted, here is my answer:

1. What is your Stake username?

-My Stake user: adwam1.

2. How much time on average do you spend on Stake every day?

-I spend on Stake about 5h a day, i can online 8-12h if necessary. I have computer, laptop then i spend most of my time on internet and available for anything.

3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

-Help the chat room and community become better.

-Warn, mute people who beg, spam, harass, loans,... or be offensive to other users ( who not follow the chat rules ). Make sure chat rules are respected.

-Helps to solve problems, answer and help players if there is a need (about the latest updates, news and site functions).

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

-Because of the experience, this will be one of the best practical experience in my life.

-I have a lot of freetime and i really like Stake community and i would be happy to contribute to it. And i am experienced and like this job.

 -I want to make the good Vietnamese community, many Vietnamese high roller is playing on small site and they dont let them withdraw money when they win, and i can help them to play on stake. Love Stakers ❤️

5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? 

-No and will be never, because i just like to read the chat, watch people show their big win and  i have been a chat moderator so i knew the rules and follow.

-Yes, I would like to say that I have experience for that kind of work. I have been csgoempire chat moderator, some group moderator on facebook.  I know Vietnamese and English very  well.

-I know how to talk to users.

- Job of a moderator is help people in the chat if they have some problem or question 

- Prevent spam, harass or be offensive to other users. 

- Make the chat be clean and enjoyable for all other players. 

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? 

- I have been a fan of corporate service since 2019 when i started playing on site. The company really stands out and is different from other websites when it brings to the community new events and games that other websites don't have at that time. That's why I'm so happy to hear that Administrator stake has vacancies and people like me can become a stake moderator.

- Because Moderators will review and guide related discussions or debates to ensure all shared content is appropriate and follows community rules. 

- I want to make the user experience on the site better.

- No. Because I always follow the rules on chat so I never be warn, mute or ban.

Tôi là người Việt Nam, hiện tôi đang sống tại Hà Nội. Tôi được biết đến Stake là khi đang xem sự kiện UFC 259 (07/03/2021). Khi đó tôi rất vui mừng vì sẽ được ủng hộ cho Ngannou (võ sĩ - võ sĩ mà tôi rất yêu thích) bằng cách đặt cược cho anh ấy chiến thắng mà trước đó ở Việt Nam chưa có một trang web nào về cá cược cho UFC.

Vì tôi không giỏi về tiếng Anh, nên khi tham gia tại Stake tôi gặp một chút khó khăn khi gặp phải những vướng mắc. Và bây giờ tôi rất vui vì sắp tới sẽ Stake sẽ có người hỗ trợ là người Việt. Mong rằng Stake giành sự quan tâm đến cộng đồng người Việt nhiều hơn. Hy vọng Stake mạnh dạn phát triển hơn nữa tại thị trường Việt Nam vì Việt Nam là một thị trường rất tiềm năng và phát triển mạnh mẽ, với số lượng người chơi casino rất nhiều mà hiện tại chưa có một công ty về casino thực sự đầu tư tại Việt Nam.

Đây không phải là apply vị trí moderator, nhưng tôi rất vui lòng được làm việc trong nhóm sử dụng tiếng Việt của Stake.

According to my understanding, Mod is a person who manages the chat channel by answering questions and support players as well as muting and banning players who violate the chat forum regulations and restrictions. With all of this being said, it is mainly to maintain a healthy and friendly atmosphere within the chat forum for players and so, to expand and improve the chat community. 
4.Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

As far as I know, Vietnamese people love gambling but however, gambling is highly banned in Vietnam. Therefore, gamblers have to play on unauthorized websites with no special promotions and benefits. Stake has been the best gambling website that I have personally experienced. The majority of Vietnamese people are still not fluent in English as well as the game rules or techniques.  I have high hopes that I can support Vietnamese gamblers the best possible way and to develop the gambling community further on in the future. And this starts with providing and ensuring gamblers with the best experience that they can’t find elsewhere but at Stake.and i love stake
5.Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? 

To be honest and unfortunately, yes. I was muted twice before, the first time was because my mistake I copied and pasted a personal link and the second time was due to a faulty Vietnamese word that was input in my chat. 
6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

I once had an honor to work as the Vietnamese room moderator on Bitsler from 2017 to 2018. Even though, I worked here for just one year but I am positive to say that I thrived exceptionally in my profession as well as supported the Vietnamese chat room to be well improved and functioned.
