The 10 post requirement applies not only to Eddie's stream giveaway but also to participate in the challenges/giveaways on our forum. 

If you were to ask my personal opinion, I would say that I agree with you, there is no reason to ask people to fulfill this requirement. Because our staff checks all of these accounts before crediting prizes, and these people who planned to enter the challenges/giveaways with two accounts have no chance of going unnoticed by our system.
