kg562 Posted October 5, 2021 #1 Posted October 5, 2021 Hey so I noticed the VIP total prize for the current vip challenge titled as “Over $8,500” but how is that distributed? After doing some calculation there was a missing $1700 falsely shown. So as far as I understand $3400 is the base reward given out to everyone and based on level verification of your account you can get extra. So I added up prizes from 1st place through 20th then added $1000 pool prize for remaining players 21st place and onward. 750+400+200+150+100+80+80+80+80+80+40+40+40+40+40+40+40+40+40+40+1000= $3400 $3400 base reward and if EVERYONE who participated was verified level 2 then adding 100% it would be $6800 but title is $8500 and where does $1700 go? previously there used to be a level 3 verified for additional 150% which $3400 and adding 150% came out to be $8500 but I never knew anyone that was verified level 3 but in current one there isn’t. So my curious question is where is $1700 being distributed? shown title of current vip challenge The current pool prizes

That could make a little sense but how did they come up with the actual number $8500? I know the other previous vip challenges originally had the option for level 3 verified users received 150% which would be $3400+150% and that equaled out to $8500 and those extra rewards always existed so I would assume it should’ve been titled [Over $10,200] since $1700 is what you’re applying that extra amount towards knowingly very very few will hit it but why not apply it towards the $1000 prize pool for players that are in 21st place and onward?

Agree. At first I thought it must be the extra reward also, but it makes more sense that the '+' refers to the extra, meaning $8500 is the minimum and it could be more, depending if anyone qualifies for the extra reward. Doesn't make sense to just decide that at least 36 people will qualify for the extra reward. I'm sure it was just an honest mistake, hopefully everyone leaves their pitchforks at home.
