NoMoreTax Posted October 6, 2021 #1 Posted October 6, 2021 I've been with Stake for over a year. My account is in profit and I tend to wager less than most, but prefer to focus on profit. I am 68% of the way to Plat4. When I first joined Stake, I wouldn't have considered using another crypto casino. Stake was fast, reliable and stable. Support were polite and professional and responded quickly. And I have the best referrer on the planet; Mikko. However, in recent months, using the site is no longer a pleasure. It's actually a frustration. Lagging, autobet stopping, balance not matching stats graph, stats graph not working. And customer service is non existent. I had an issue with a back up host that meant I had to fully verify my account, which I reluctantly did. Driving license and utility bill! On a crypto casino! To add insult to injury, I have yet to receive an apology from said host, and they have blocked me on telegram. I've recently lost my amazing host, and been given a new one. But unfortunately they have not been in good health. So every week, I have to contact support to have my reload refreshed. And every week it's the same drama. So essentially, as a Plat 3 user, I am now looking for somewhere new to play. Site must be stable and all functions need to work as they are supposed to. (- is that asking too much) Support needs to act as such. The clue is in the name. I will be winding down my time on Stake, and wagering less and less till my daily, weekly and monthly become obsolete. It's a shame, but I don't ever settle for sub standard products or service.
Dave1280 Posted October 6, 2021 #2 Posted October 6, 2021 Sorry to hear that. I've had the opposite experience here, since joining over a year ago. Never had any issue with support.. In fact, times I've fucked up, and they still have done everything to help. When I hit Platinum, I was given Jelena as a host.. And have never had one issue with her, again I know I only have to ask, and she'll do anything she can to help. The bonuses, the support, the community (minus beggars alley) is second to none, in my experience. I wish you all the best in your search..

With my new host (recently got assigned a new one), i have not a good relantionship, so i just keep typing my old host and get anything from him. Gl finding a a new home where to gamble.

I had Jelena as host I was really happy with her she knew me and my needs to express my anger now and then. Now I got a new one let's see where it goes. We didn't had a good start probably me to blame but will be on low profile for a while. Maybe you should try to trade crypto buying/selling in the time your luck is down. Same as gambling but for me with a lot better outcome. I am using a bot and follow a wonderkids signals.

I truly believe that Stake just don't want customers that are profitable. They would rather treat the mug punters better, knowing that they can keep milking them.

If you don't wager much and are consistently turning a profit, why would they want you to keep playing? If you find another site that isn't like this, they won't be around for long.
