Many Support Staff don't understand their own rules!

I had a huge issue with a back up host suspending my account. I was accused of accessing the site from the UK. When I sent the backup host a video showing me driving in Ireland, they then blocked me on telegram.

Subsequently, I fully verified my account. Submitted my driving license and utility bill, proving I was an Irish Citizen.

I have yet to receive an apology from the host, and am still blocked on Telegram.

Stake needs a strong Manager to take control of the overall operation to ensure continuity of service for all.

Hello there.

Kinda a lot of text, and a lot of caps lock, and a lot of screenshots.

US residents and citizens are not allowed to play while they reside in US, if they do live outside a restricted area they can play if they provide proof that they do live outside a restricted area.

What does it actually mean, for example you are from US, but you live in Canada, you pay the bills for the house you live in, and you provide proof that those bills are on your name. With it you provided proof that you are not residing in US.

But if you go on a 3 months trip to somewhere you still can use the website, since we can't know if you will return when you said you will or not.

Did this clear up your case?

You want to hear something crazy is level 2 verification consisted of me uploading my Texas driver's license and that was accepted. My whole issue was that whenever I asked support if Americans were allowed to play on stake he said no and cited the above screenshot. Clearly it says that people residing in America or those living in a restricted area are not allowed. Totally different from the language barring all Americans from playing on stake. My point behind this whole thing is that the language that they're deciphering the language that they're interpreting needs to be precise with the rules and regulations and not just a rough translation.!.!

To be honest, I'm not sure they are the sharpest tools in the tool box.
