Cannot Withdraw "Error you are not allowed to do that."

Hello, 

I have been depositing and withdrawing funds very easily on Stake daily up until today. 

I am confused as of today whenever I attempt a withdrawal of any amount (with the fee covered), I am unable to do so and I receive "Error you are not allowed to do that."

Very strange as I have been betting completely fine and have achieved Gold VIP status in a little over a week. 

I contacted support and they told me to email [email protected], about this matter and they have yet to respond to my email I sent them. 

I hope this can get resolved soon thank you, I would love to continue playing on this platform.
