Cannot Withdraw "Error you are not allowed to do that."

Hello, 

I am unable to withdraw on stake.com as of today. I have been playing regularly and have withdrawn and deposited funds without any issue. I am able to place bets still and deposit funds, Just unable to withdraw.....

I have achieved Gold VIP and am on my way to Platinum VIP from daily playing. 

I contacted Support and they have told me to email [email protected] to resolve my issue. I have sent them an email and have yet to receive a response. 

This is highly frustrating as I love this platform and playing on it.

I'm  playing on stake from last 8 months i have never faced such issue. It may be some technical issue. Be patient hope it will resolve soon.

Woah, Never have thought they're going to the point of disabling a user's withdraw. But I hope Your issue will be fixed soon.

 It seems as if they've disabled my withdraw. I withdraw to sell Ethereum while the price is high, currently have lost $600 now because the price of ETH has dropped because I wasn't able to sell out.... About to get absolutely frustrated with all of this. I have quite a bit of money in my balance.

If our accounts team finds something irregular with you account, they can flag it for your attention. You should have already been emailed by [email protected] or will be shortly in order to have your account activity reinstated.

Keep in mind, even if you cant complete the steps required to enable your account, you will always be able to withdraw your funds. We only lock withdrawals to help ensure you don't register and make a new accounts, therefore ending up in the same situation. Once you have met the requirements set by [email protected] (or alternatively decided you do not want to comply) your account will be unlocked and free to withdraw your funds.

Yea, they disable your withdrawals but will allow you to continue gambling, frustrating you as you wait for them to clear your account, in turn tilting you and you giving all your winnings back. Old Online Casino trick. You should self excluded your account until they clear up the problem, cause trust me, they are 100% monitoring your activity as you wait to withdraw.
