Using a phone's capabilities beyond or on the verge of its capabilities can cause a lot of problems. You need a little understanding about how the operating system, networking, and how best to configure and use it. Google search will help you with this
And simple - Android phones have the function of self-cleaning memory (some of your settings may be lost and restored from backup 'clean' copies)
Using multiple tabs - Try putting 8 sandbags on your shoulders and running for a bit. I think you understand what I mean.
About vpn - they can be unstable if they are free. In some cases, it is even dangerous.

It might also be good to remember that if you create your own strategy and then exit your strategy page. it will automatically revert to Martingale and your strategy needs to be manually selected from the drop-down menu.  I have made this mistake a few times myself. 

Could be why your strategies seem to be disappearing.
