Deposit sent, never received in Stake account.

Deposited LTC a few nights ago and it never came. Triple checked the address I sent to and it is the correct one. In my wallet it says the payment was completed, but never showed up in my stake account. This has happened one other time but once I contacted live support the manually confirmed it for me as there was a bug or something that didn't automatically put it into my account. I have been trying to contact live support for days now, but the chat window doesn't pop up at all so I am not able to talk to your support team. Please help me with this issue, thank you.
