change chat requirement or infinite ignore user

well basicly every week there's a batch of new acc that type shit to try to get money and beg. Since some streamer and eddie drop code doesnt cost any money or there's no requirement on receiving tip its really easy for them to just make load of account do wagger strats tip another acc with just 1 giveaway/code. I would really like if either it could be harder for them for exemple removing the ability of receiving tips if u never deposit, adding wagger requirement for bonus drop for just every code created. I presume these suggestion won't happen so would it be possible to either add a "mute no vip" or infinite number of user I can ignore since they just remake new acc until they get ban. Ofc som1 will say I could remove from ignore list all the old user ive ignored but a fuck ton of them are 2017 acc with 300$ wagger so they are tirelessly asking for money. Normaly hobo are not supose to be inside the casino (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻

Recently I've noticed winners being abused for not tipping or giving rain. !

When they do tip or rain, they receive abuse for not giving enough ! !

These offenders couldn't give a damn. if they get caught the just open another account ..
