You are getting bigger bonuses the higher level you reach. You also get a lot of random bonuses when you are on a good run. (when you don`t need them) And when you begin to pile up on big losses, there is nothing. 

It`s basicly what is called a bait and switch. But that`s just how the industry works. So do not chase VIP levels or potencial bonuses. It will hurt you in the long run.

However, I'm not exactly sure what are the calculations/factors behind the "Bonus from support in currency of your choice", the final amount for everyone seems to differ though.
