What disciplinary punishment does a mod receive when he using the chat to become more successful on a streaming platform?

I mean rule number 4: Do not participate in any form of advertising / trading / selling / buying or any other service.

What would happen? 

I let someone feel my displeasure because, in my opinion, they actively asked about Rains! Then I was banned. The person I expressed my displeasure with was part of his Discord, Twitch Gang. If I had insulted someone else, they would certainly not have banished me to the silent stairs for 2 days! I see this as something of nepotism and should be punished
