As soon as i ask for a SMALL $50-$100 bonus im immediately shit down. “Im sorry there are no bonuses on your account” meanwhile i checked my stats and have wagered $130,000!!!! But im not good enough for a small $50-$100 bonus ? Like are you kidding me stake ? You people have got worse day by day and im glad people are starting to see the true colors. Bunch of HEARTLESS people that only want your money and thats it and please dont tell me thats not true!!! Im not saying its stakes fault but god damn it if i seen a person down that much and i was able to help with a small amount you bet your ass i would. Bunch of spineless and heartless people that work here. Wont get another cent from me EVER.

Now im gold and i ask again and they shot me down. The weekly reloads are dogshit man. I dont believe i have a casino host as im only gold im not a bigshot. Like i said if i seen someone lose that much and i could help them out and it doesnt hurt my pockets what so ever then i would. These guys are simply heartless man. He tells me “oh theres no bonus on your account i hope you recover your losses” lol yeah okay man. Ive wagered $130,000 .. i mean jesus ? $50 you cant throw me ? Either way im done on stake. Portay to be these nice guys on twitter but behind closed doors all they want is your money. Think about it. $7,000 loss. He throws me $50-$100 that could lead to mote being deposited in the future. These guys dont think like that though. Immediately shoot you down within seconds. Also, i dont get a “reload” wagering $130,000 doesnt matter to them.

Plus you'll get a monthly bonus, and probably 1 or 2 more each month. But if they gave money to everyone begging for a hand out then they'd have even more players begging for hand outs. And if they gave money to everyone that begged for a hand out and then made a thread about it, the forum would be full of threads like this one.

I get what you mean about handouts but this isnt the case for me. They see what i lose and what i wagered. Why not keep a customer happy who hardly ever asks for it ? Yeah i highly doubt i hit platinum any time soon. Also, that $7k ive lost ive lost spinning for .20 cents. Ive never spun a slot for over .20 cents lol. How do you lose $7k in 3 months spinning for that amount ?? I dont even turbo spin either. Its absolutely sickening. But when they check my account they shouldve threw SOMETHING IN THE VAULT for me. It doesnt come from the reps pocket. Its whatever though im over it now. Ill never deposit another cent on this website. If you can sit and watch a player lose thousands and cant help him out then i dont want any parts of it. Glorify themselves on twitter but behind closed doors greedy and heartless. Think for a second .. Let's say they give you 50$ for your 130K wager and the 7k you lost , .. and please, don't get me wrong here, we all know it's painful to lose, especially such sums .. .. wouldn't you agree that their Inboxes would be filled with people demanding some sort of bonus or rakeback ? (As mentioned above both things do exists and are located in the vip tab) In all honestly i believe what you are doing is playing the victim , blaming Stake for your financial shortcoming and want them to soften your fall by giving you handouts .. and you do that by trying to make them feel bad by using terms such as Spine- or heartless .. and on top of that you have the audacity to actually name a third party casino as your favorite and tell us bluntly you will go back there, since its better anyway .. !?!?!??? Want me to screenshot my bonus tab and it will show you how much I’ve received in bonus by losing $7,000 AND wagering $130,000 .. you let me know and ill screenshot it or ill just tell you its around $300-$400 LMFAO. Yes, $300-$400 … ill also screenshot how I approached support as well. Being very nice like the guy i am. The people that run stake are HEARTLESS dude. Nothing matters except your money and if you say otherwise you’re just dick riding them. Rakeback has been trash. Weeklys not over $15. Monthlys not over $25. Now you tell me what the fuck am i doing wagering $130,000 and getting back peanuts ????

If I walked into another casino and got given back nearly 6% of my losses, I would be shocked and happy. Why should it matter that you wagered 130k? I could wager that off $1,000.
