You need to contact our live support to resolve this. If you cant open it, then please follow the insturctions below.

Can you please disable all popup/adblocker extensions you currently have enabled on your browser and if using Brave, please disable your Brave browser shield. Then refresh and try again. Sometimes, a users adblocker/popup blocker will prevent Live-Support from opening.
