Tried typing in chat to see what was going on and got roasted to check the stupid telegram chat... If I should be checking a telegram chat every time I want to deposit and play I might just head elsewhere I think. Usually very happy with Stake customer support but feel so let down this last month.

I know a few weeks ago, I was experiencing that I could no longer contact live support it would just show help articles. So, I decided to just use incognito mode window for chrome browser and it all works again
DiggyDog13 Posted November 12, 2021 #6 Posted November 12, 2021 I'm getting the same thing mate, just points straight to the "help articles", I read on the chat that a lot of people are unable to contact live support. I can understand maintenance as all sites need upgrades etc etc but you'd think you'd want to better inform the customers wouldn't you?
