Deposited USDT into TRX Wallet - I can see it sitting there.

Hey guys,

I accidentally transferred a large sum (for me) of USDT to my TRX wallet address on stake, and i can see it sitting in there on tronscan.

Is it possible for the team to get in there and convert it to TRX for me or send it back or something?

The pain is real :(

How do i contact live support though?

Ive tried clicking the support buttons on your page, they dont even link to anything.

You can right-click the buttons but it doesnt even go anywhere :/

If you having difficulties opening it please try clearing your cache & cookies along with restarting your browsers, if it does not fix the issue, try changing your browser, it should fix it.

Hey Hentendo, there is no need to contact stake support as you will very likely be wasting your time as another user had reported losing money of the amount $30,000 USDT.

(I don’t think his issue was resolved)

My reason for asking you to not waste your time which could be used for something else is that why would stake support help you if they would not help a user who lost likely more money than you did (when I think they could have).

It is unfortunate that you lost your money but just make sure to be more careful next time when sending your money online or anywhere for that matter. Maybe check if there is any other way to retrieve the USDT.

I think contacting support is still the right thing to do here.  Most likely they will just repeat the same bs excuse as to why they aren't going to do what is obviously the right thing ethically and return the money that you accidentally sent to an address that they indeed control, just not the way they told you to send it.

But...this is going to keep happening.  It's inevitable.  And if enough players complain and make enough noise about this ridiculous policy they are enforcing, then eventually someone who can fix it will hear about it and you will all get your money back.  Even if there's only a small chance I'm right, it's still worth contacting support just to get things documented.

Mods, admins reading this, you should be the ones going to Eddie or whoever you need to and let them know right now the site has control of a bunch of money because a bunch of players made honest mistakes that only Stake can fix and as long as Stake keeps growing , it's going to keep happening.
