Deposit not credited - XRP

Hi I've already contacted live chat but since its been approx 4 hours and no solution has been found I'm posting it here.

 

I've deposited 380ish XRP to my stake XRP account. Both address and destination tag match..

 

 

Support have told me that they haven't received the coin but have confirmed its been received by their address but for some reason cant access it.

 

Anyone had similar issues?
