Ignored users should not receive Rain from me 👎

I am of the opinion that if I set users to Ignore in the chat, they cannot receive a rain from me. There are reasons why this is the case! So why can't the stake just implement? 👎

Of course means if you ignored some users means you don't like them for some reasons,so what the heck they can receive rains from you ,no way 🤭👍
