Can't contact live support about a transaction issue

I made an XRP deposit during the maintenance time without knowing about it, but now the transaction has never appeared in the stake site. The sending site has confirmed the transaction but I have no balance nor notification about it. I've tried to contact live support but clicking on the button does nothing and I seem to have no way to contact them.
