Cant see rakeback or relaod

I dont seem to have the rakeback and reload function when i go into my VIP tab. I am gold so i should have this but dont.

I don't think there is active reload at the moment, but you should be able to see rakeback. Try to clear your browser history or try mirror site on playstake.io if not send email to [email protected]
