2: Le temps que je passe sur le site c'est entre 10 et 12 heures par jour mais si j'ai la chance d'être choisis je peux aller jusqu'à 17h .
3: Le travaille d'un modérateur c'est de faire faire comprendre aux utilisateurs du tchat qu' il faut respecter un certains règlement donner par le casino et d'aider les utilisateurs qui en ont besoin d'aide et être a l'écoute du tchat pour pas perdre le contrôle .
4: Enfaite ce poste je le veux car je suis quelqu'un qui aime le casino je passe toute ma journée sur le site et pourquoi pas diminuer le temps de jouer et se concentrer sur la modération du chat .

It depends, but I’m gonna say I’m spending at least around 7 hours / per day talking in the tchat or no. Except on Saturday and Sunday (when most of Stakers are online) I’m online with the tchat always open for at least 12 to 15 hours!

-Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

The job of a moderator is to « moderate » the tchat, to always be here to check if everyone is respecting the tchat rules! Or to help players when they need help.

-Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

Mostly to help the other moderators, and also because I’m active early in the morning when French moderators are still sleeping . Other players that are active in the morning can tell that we have some trollers in the morning, and none of us can do something for them..

-Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 

Unfortunately yes.. I was muted because I was arguing too much with another player.. but I can control myself now. I’m just ignoring people now. 

-Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

Yes for a lil English streamer on Twitch. 
He had around 50 to 100 max viewers only.

How much time on average do you spend on French chat every day?

I spend like 15 to 1 8hours a day since 8 months. I have been very attached to this tchat since my arrival in March which is demonstrable by my activity on it. . Generally i am connected from 6am to 1pm.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

Several points: 

First of all, there is the help that must be given to advanced users why asked themselves questions related to Stake ( both in terms of bonuses, VIP grades..) and new customers who start on Stake and crypto field ( deposit, which networks used..)

Next, a moderator must know how to anticipate the actions of users and my 8months without interruption on this chat allowed me to have an increased knowledge of French players, knowing their ways of playing and their personality.

Finally, i think the moderator’s job is to stop inappropriate behavior like spam, beg and sensitive subjects which does not place them on a chat casino.

Last point : the work of a moderator is not only about the chat. It must also take care of the forum and deal with complaints from users ( who have been banned for example and who do not understand why)
 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I wish to become a moderator because i think The French Chat really needs it. 
I think i am sensible person, able to listen who has maturity ( 35yo ) with good discernment. I also write perfectly French ( not the same for my English !!)

Next, my goal is to make this chat live. French community is growing and offering games such as RollHunt or Trivias daily il a major issue for me. Keep this friendly side of a community within the rules.

First off all, a moderator is a kindly person who's able to show some common sense.
A part of his job to answering questions, greeting newcomers and guide them to te right place in case of any problem.
A moderator have to be neutral, have to enforce the chat rules and have to make everyone respect each other. 

In case of misbehaviour the moderator will have to warn or ban transgressors depending on the seriousness or the recurrence of the fault.

I've been muted once for wrong bet id on the challenges chat.

I am moderator for a small poker/casino channel on twitch.

Despite the good vibe, and despite people are mostly repectful, this chat needs a person more even if only the night, Remy can't moderate the chat 24/7.
I am good at french, I have good social skills, I am very kind with people, I really care people. 
I am only really since July of this year but I have affinities with some chatters and I think I am quite well-known and appreciate by people, not all but most of them.
Because of the jet-lag(living in Quebec, 6h less than in France), I can be available the most part of the night.

So, for these reasons, I want to become moderator of this chat.

For me, the job of a moderator is to help new and old players and answer as many questions as possible that some players may have.

A moderator is also used to ensure that chat rules are followed so that players maintain a good chat atmosphere and avoid unnecessary conflicts.

I explain, you have to be able to keep a cordial chat and enforce the rules, but you also have to be able to help people who need it.
But it's also about making sure that everyone feels comfortable and that there is a good atmosphere.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de cotoyer vos membres francophones puisque je suis trilingue et mes amis, ici, sont anglophones, ce qui m'influence à faire part de cette chambre. Selon moi, cela aurait comme avantage d'avoir une perspective indiférente envers les usagers dans la chambte française.

I spend anywhere between 8 andn12 hours a day on your platform, at different intervals that are allowed by my schedule outside of my entertaining hobby, if you want to call it that. I typically spend most of my chat time in the english room, since i am trilingual,  and my friends here are english. This has the advantagr of me having a non biased opinion of the french members.

Je comparerais le rôle du modérateur à celui d'un enseignant à la récréation. Soit de s'assurer que les gens respectent les règlements et leurs collègues.

I would compare the role of a moderator to that of a teacher during recess. Used to overlook things to make sure the rules and regulations are followed not to mention that there is a mutual respect amongst the peers.

Parce que j'excellerais et j'aime avoir des responsabilitées. Je suis père monoparentale et j'ai un emploi de la maison qui complémenterais parfaitement ce rôle.

For me, and as I could see and do, the job of moderate is too make the rules and try his best to help the community to respect them all. With no preferential treatment, no grudge and with some happiness.

Should I say I'm a "nolife" ?  Well, It certainly depends on the time I'm playing but on the average 10 hours. Yet there's no problem spending more if the stakes are high ! 

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

By definition, to moderate is to avoid extremes of behavior or expression, observing reasonable limits.  The job of a moderator is  to enforce the chat rules which express and allow this moderation.  For example, observing common courtesy, chat rules or more generally stakes policy...being able to resolve small issues and conflicts, so as to promote the wellbeing of the chat, all with proper language, that's what moderating  is in my opinion.

  Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

Well, even if i'm new to this, I do really  like this chat, I like the people there, and furthermore I like all the stake community. I'm also preparing the bar exam in Criminal Law and I don't find those two incompatible, are they?  I'm also trilingual which might this be a plus, ain't-it ?
