This has been happening to everyone this month. It's got nothing to do with seed.

I do $1 -$5 balls on Plinko, down $5k of deposit and never once did I see green. Just pure red, everything goes to the middle. Put it on low risk, still everything goes to the middle. 

Playing on 8 rows, did not hit the outer row but one time in 10,000 balls. This is beyond statistically impossible, it actually is impossible as the exact same thing has been happening to everyone.

It's completely pointless to keep playing at the moment, it has been made impossible to not get rinsed.
