VIP - What does that mean?

As a Plat 3 VIP, i can`t complain. I get my reloads, bonuses and i have a great host. 

But VIP means you are part of something special. Bronze or Diamond.. still a VIP. Has this gotten out of hand at stake? 

The official Stake Telegram channel has 23k subs. Fair enough. But the Stake VIP channel has 54k!! subs. Witch means that there is more than 54 000 VIP`s on Stake.com.

Was the bar set to low to become a VIP in the first place? Or is it that the amount of new players have increased alot in a short time period? And where does this end? 

Something have to give at one point?

I do think calling players VIP that do even some wager makes them feel more important and maybe they will play more to reach higher VIP level... But in the other hand there is VIP perks even for Bronze VIP, so kinda makes sense calling them VIP rather than "normal player with benefits or so" 

In my opinion real VIP membership begins when player reaches Plat 3, which gives you VIP host.

Pretty sure anyone can join Stake VIP channel, so probably there is bunch of players that doesn't even meet bronze requirements.

I do agree with you. And this was just my point. Beeing a VIP at Stake, is beeing a normal player. 😅

Would be interesting to see the numbers of Plat 3-> players though..

Plat 4 player here. My numbers are wagered a lot, lost a lot, withdrew little only to redeposit later and lose it. Overall profit in the negatives. Total wager roughly 3 mil. Recent wager has dropped considerably due to holidays but you think stake thinks of that? Nope it's time to implement harsher requirements for people to keep the benefits they already earned. If they can not keep wagering whatever we say they need to or rather don't say. Then they get demoted to lower rank benefits but keep the title. So in my opinion being vip means nothing when not every vip of the same same lvl at least gets the same base rewards and treatment THEN additional for higher wager. But I have only been given short rude responses when I try to talk to support about it.

Now platinum 3 but for how long.  Guess host/reloads will be given at plat 4 soon, went from platinum 1 -> 3 within 4 months in 2021.
