My VIP has been inactive for 5 almost 6 days now for my refill reload

Usually steve (MY VIP) is ALWAYS on top of making sure when my reload expires that I have a new one ready, I have lost 14,000 usd this week and wagered A lot, I physically limited myself to only reloads until I get paid from my manager as I am affiliated, But Steve has yet to respond in 5 days, I sent only 3 messages during this period to just make sure he is okay, I have been affiliated with Stake as a streamer for 8 months and never had this issue, I hope he is okay, but will I lose the higher daily due to the days where I lost 3-4k in 1 day? 

Like I said i'm sure he is just sick or busy but I am going to be upset if I miss out on a higher daily bonus due to the fact I have hit my loss limit until I receive my affiliate payment from my manager then I can continue. I really hope he isn't sick and he is just on vacation but I would love to receive my daily reload, I mean who wouldn't after losing 14,000. I only came here to see if Steve has been active for you guys!
