During live Streaming is much better add on dashboard customer support

I have suggestions that I very  appreciate  if this able add on during live streaming customer support was able to answer for those newbies stake user...Because in my experience when that I was newbie there is no one assist my question which I type in chat many time how to redeem drop code giving ..I was so lost at that moment feel frustrated when something it should I able to claim but no direction guide ..So Pls add on  one or two person just to answer question ....Thank you All  Best ..Even now oxygen treatment in at my mouth but I love stake from the moment I start play is giving me happiness.
