Why can’t I ever claim a bonus drops

I just got done watching Eddie’s entire stream and every single bonus drop didn’t register for me until it was too late.  He would literally drop the code and I would have it typed in and submitted within 2 to 3 seconds but I wouldn’t  get the captcha or anything.  The only time it gave me the captcha was when it was too late and everybody already claimed all of the drop. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out why it was happening to them? Just missed out on like $25 worth of drops which would of came in pretty handy because well  let’s just say I  am not that wealthy but I just want to figure this out and have it solved for next weeks stream. I had trouble claiming today too on my MacBook and wondered if my WiFi connection caused the issue so  on the last one I used my iPhone and turned WiFi off and got it. Not sure if that was the issue but I usually have no problems when I do it on mobile device 🤷🏻‍♀️

Try refreshing your browser right before you expect the code to get rid of the lag.

Not sure how the lag is on DLive, but that would work on twitch so worth a shot.

Also, if you're using mobile you might not have a chance due to lag.  (I could be wrong though, haven't really used DLive)

@namesjames I hear you. I feel the same about the entire December promo. And this is the best they've got, really.

I am genuinely surprised at how fast people are with claiming bonus drops. It's actually insane. You gotta be super quick these days.
