I participated of this promotion

and i only got 2 payments as it shows in the sreenshot

 

but after some kind of error on your system, I didnt receive any of the future payments, the 3rd, fourth or fifth part of the payment.

after talking to the support for a week, They didnt give me any answer as you can see in the screenshot, I decided to post it in here

 

as you all can see in the screenshots I accomplished to do everything requested at the right time and with the required multipliers, I request once more to see what you guys can do,  I know its end of year and probably thats the reason this is taking so much time, but I wanted to receive the payment like everone else who already got their payment. I aprecciate your atettion and I am awaiting an answer from you.

We all comit mistakes like human being, probably the system made a mistake too
