It depends on the slot. For games like Razor Shark, its better to bet low and get lucky than bet high. For games like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, its better to bet high and hope you hit a bonus round.

Sweet Bonanza and John Hunter Quest for Bermuda Riches are great for bigger bet size. Can't say the same for Gates, atleast in my case haha.

I second this but I like to mix it up as well and see if I can snipe a bonus on higher bet. Just have to be careful not to chase it too far on the higher bet size to avoid ripping.
