Can someone help me before RELOAD BONUS comes up. I spoke to live support and made a request in advance if it’s in any way possible for the RELOAD bonus if there will be one this month, ( guess there will be ). That instead of the 10 minutes for 3 days, i actually prefer 1 hour or 24 hour interval. I see someone made a post about asking for the 10 minutes reload and ended up getting the 5 minutes interval. What i’m trying to say i guess is, players’ obviously have different preferences which i feel is a valid reason to take each players preference instead as it is much more valuable than the amount of cash we receive from the specific bonus, i’m not complaining, it’s just not efficient. For me. I hope this gets heard this time.

You mean, monthly? There was a monthly bonus the 1st of December and I am not sure if for xmas purposes there will be another one. Still, you can try to ask support twice with a few days distance if it's possible to have the monthly one way than another because X reasons and see what happens, from now on.

I think the 10min reload is the pre- or post-monthly bonuses for gold, silver, bronze, and unranked members. Then, as we get to plat, those bonuses come as an one time link attached within an email.

I believe what you were describing about customizing reload is only available for plat 3+ members who have a personal host. And those reloads aren't the same as the pre and post monthly.

Ohhh. This makes sense. This wasn’t explained to me, so i thought it goes for everybody. 
 

Also, my understanding in using such strategy by stake is that, whenever reload bonus comes up, stake automatically assumes that regardless of the timing of the reload for each specific player is that the bonus will be maxed out ( esp for higher tiers ) If this is the case, as we normally call them, it’s money already spent/given away, why the need for either 10/1 hr / 24 hrs etc. 

Anyway, it’s still not efficient for me, then again it’s free. Right! 😂

As far as I know, we've never set a 5 minute reload for a player delibrately. we can set it lower than 10 minutes, but we dont for obvious reasons.

If you reach Plat3 and have a VIP Host, you can probably work something out with them. But it isnt feasible for us to go through every individual players request for different reload times, etc.
