Play N Go bonuses LOST?!

I logged in today to open some of my bonuses from Play N Go & they are gone, this has happened to multiple people if not everyone. Is Stake or Play N Go working on fixing this?

Its important to know that not all providers will save bonuses and some bonuses will automatically resolve and payout after 3-7 days depending on provider, which you will be assigned a bet ID for. Also, ensure you are using the correct Crypto-Fiat pairing (Eg, BTC-USD) you used when you obtained these bonuses.

Also, please check your in-game history for these slots to see if it appears there. Eitherway, reach out with what games and providers you saved a bonus on, as well as the currency you used at the time. (The crypto-fiat pairing, eg BTC-USD)

Yeah they don't save forever only a set amount of time for each provider.
