If you are trying to access our Live-Support, but find it isn't opening, ensure your browser is up to date and please disable any ad-block/popup blocker extensions you have installed on your browser. If you are using a browser like Brave, remember to try disabling your inbuilt-browser shield as well! These are typically the reason why Live-Support wont open.
