So let's start..

I've came to stake loong time ago, and when they introduced VIP system I was optimistic as fuck, main thing is it said "once you reach gold you will always be entitled to reload"

Back in the days and I did it then and had it ever since, now I'm plat 3 and they removed my VIP host and my reload because "my wager is not what it used to be..

So you will always be entitled to something, works only untill you wager like monster

Firstly, to address your issue at hand.

Your wagers have been quite low lately and we have been setting reloads for you for months.

At this point we've implemented a policy where you do become ineligible from reloads for a short while until you are able to level-up or increase your recent wager. This applies to everyone. With that being said, you still retain your base bonuses for all rewards for what you have wagered on the site so nothing goes in vain.

To address your privacy issue, you are not allowed to access Stake from a restricted region so a VIP host is obligated to take action on such things as it compromises our compliance. Hope you continue to enjoy your time at Stake and progress through the levels.
